Notes to Consider:
At FW Fire, we make every effort to consider the players and families when booking hotels for tournaments. Please know that in most cases, the tournament uses a group called THS and all clubs MUST go through THS to book rooms. There is typically a list of hotels that are set up specifically for the tournament with several blocks of rooms available for clubs. 

Here is the issue that comes up. Since all of the clubs attending the tournaments must go through THS for hotel booking, the rooms tend to fill up very quickly. This is especially true to the larger tournaments. Obviously, the hotels closest to the Playing Site are the ones that book the quickest. 

​Your responsibility as a family is to get your daughter to and from the hotel and play site. You are more than welcome to book rooms where the coaches are staying but this is entirely up to you as a family. 

It has been my experience that many families will choose to fly in and use UBER to get around while other families will go in together and rent a vehicle and create some car pools. Either option is entirely up to you as a family. All that we ask is that your daughter has a plan to get to and from the hotel and playing sites.
