2025-2026 "Tryout" Process
GIRL'S EVALAUTIONS
Evaluation Window
The evaluation window(tryouts) starts May 5th. Verbal, non-binding offers without signature(s) may begin to be made by any club to any player in the region starting May 19th. at this time. Official binding written offers and exchange of money is not allowed until the acceptance date.
Acceptance Date
For all USA Volleyball age groups, the acceptance date is July 8, 2025 for all age groups.
Signing Day / Uniform Fittings
Families will coming into GO (APEC) on July 13, 2025
Players are evaluated during several Fire Evaluation Clinics and can be given a verbal offer for a team. Players are selected by position, skill, attitude and game play. Fort Worth Fire looks to get every player who wants to play for Fire on a team. We build teams based around the number of players who want to play. We carry 9-11 players on a team.

Important Steps to receive an offer for a Fire Team
To ensure you receive an offer from Fire, please do the following steps.
- Verify E-Mail- this is the e-mail address you will receive the offer to.
- New Player- if you have NEVER played USAV club volleyball in the NTR region before, PARENTS must add them to the system.
- Register for Evaluation/Tryout clinics from Dates above.
Acceptance Dates for FW Fire & NTR 2025-2026 Season
Offers will go out (via OCS) on the Acceptance date provided by the NT Region

Down payment for club dues if accepting offer.
